honestly bionicle IS this thing i made a small model plan out of bionicle and drawed based on that, thats how i drawed a sort of pose for it, ye it gets ground moves,
also should it be ground-water or water-steel idk
its ability is 100% water absorb (already existing ability) which basically makes it so it is healed a bit if hit by a water move.

cool lore! I made some comments on the other creature you have and I think it applies here as well. I can imagine a pretty bleak world that's quite gray and full of empty houses as machines chase down the last remaining humans. a question would be what would the machines achieve with such a goal? interesting stuff and fun to think about keep it up.
